FAQ

How do I check the status of an order?

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information.

How fast is the shipping & fulfillment?

You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped – please allow a couple days for processing. Once shipped, most orders take anywhere from 5 to 25 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. 

In some cases, backorders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is always to ship it out to you as soon as possible. You can expect to receive a notification that your order has been packed within 3 business days.

How much is the shipping?

We offer free shipping worldwide. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. 

What if my order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all lost in mail claims must be submitted to sales@livingspaceoasis.com no later than 7 Calendar Days after the estimated delivery date.

We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if it is confirmed that the shipping address you provided was correct. It would also be good for you to get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if the tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you have not received it, we will NOT take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

Will I have to pay customs ta on my shipment?

When ordering from Living Space Oasis, the customer is considered the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related fees. Customs policies vary by country and Living Space Oasis cannot make any guarantees as to whether or not shipments will be subject to customs-related fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

In addition to customs fees, customers may also incur other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees. These are handling charges incurred due to customs processing and clearance of your shipment. Customers are required to pay the relevant courier service upon delivery of the shipment.

Will I receive a refund if I refuse the shipment when it is delivered to me?

If customers refuse a package due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package.

My order shows it's been returned to sender, what is going on?! 

If the tracking information was correctly delivered to you but it was unclaimed, shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us.

New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed or had an incorrect address originally provided.

PAYMENT

I forgot to use a discount code on my order 

We understand that these things can happen. The good news is that you can use your code for your next order. Orders that have been placed cannot be changed.

How do I enter a discount code? 

To get claim your discount, you have to hit the "Checkout" button and the discount code section will show beneath your ordered item 

How do I cancel my order? 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Why was my order cancelled? 

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent.

Are you only seeing part of your order? No worries, that's because we ship some things separately. You'll get an email every time any items of your order are shipped.

TIME DELIVERY DELIVERY

When ordering, be sure to select the correct model and color because we can not change your orders. Changes or cancellations can not be made once the order is in the system.

We kindly ask that you please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery due to high demand of items on sale.

**Please note: When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. This is out of our control. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that your order arrives before a certain date. We appreciate your kind patience when waiting for an order.

CANCELLATION / MODIFICATIONS

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make any changes.

Please note that orders that have already been packaged or shipped can not be canceled.

Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
